You Can Schedule Maintenance. You Can't Schedule a Breakdown.
It's easy to overlook a compressor while it's doing its job. But when it goes down unexpectedly, the repair happens on the equipment's schedule, not yours.
An issue that could have been addressed during a planned Saturday shutdown can become an emergency call on a Tuesday morning with production running. The repair may be the same, but the impact of the downtime can be much greater.
Preventive maintenance doesn't eliminate every failure. It gives you a better chance to identify developing problems and address them on your schedule instead of during production.
Small Maintenance Issues Can Lead to Bigger Problems.
Proper maintenance helps control energy costs, improve air quality, and reduce unexpected production issues. Excessive pressure drop, poor heat removal, and condensate can all increase operating costs or affect production. Staying ahead of these issues helps keep the compressed air system reliable and performing as it should.
Restricted Filters
Dirty or overloaded filters create unnecessary pressure drop and can reduce compressor performance. Replacing filter elements at the proper intervals helps maintain airflow, efficiency, and reliable system pressure.
Dirty Coolers
Dirt and debris buildup can reduce a cooler's ability to remove heat, leading to higher operating temperatures and added stress on the compressor. Routine inspection and cleaning help keep temperatures under control and the equipment operating reliably.
Faulty Dryers & Condensate Drains
Dryers and drains keep moisture from collecting in your compressed air system. A dryer that isn't performing properly can allow water downstream, while a failed drain can either hold condensate or waste compressed air. Regular inspection helps protect air quality and downstream equipment.

Questions We Get About Preventive Maintenance
How often does my compressor need to be serviced?
It depends on the equipment, run hours, duty cycle, operating environment, and manufacturer recommendations. We look at how your equipment is actually being used and build the service schedule around what it needs.
Do I need a service agreement?
No. A service agreement is available if you want your maintenance approved and scheduled in advance, but it isn’t required. We can also track your service intervals, contact you before maintenance is due, and provide a quote for approval each time.
Do you service the dryer and filtration too, or just the compressor?
We look at the entire compressed air system. During every service visit, we check the operation of dryers, filtration, drains, and other supporting equipment and let you know if anything needs attention. Additional parts or repairs are completed with your approval.
Can you take over maintenance from another service company?
Absolutely. We’ll start by walking the system, reviewing any available service history, and looking at the current condition of the equipment. This allows us to establish the right maintenance schedule and identify anything that should be addressed during the first service.
We’re still under warranty. Can you service the equipment?
In many cases, yes. Warranty requirements vary by manufacturer, so we’ll review the applicable service, documentation, and parts requirements before performing maintenance on equipment that is still under warranty.
What happens if something breaks between scheduled services?
Our 24/7 emergency service is available whether you have a service agreement or not. Service agreement customers receive priority response when unexpected problems come up between scheduled visits.
